ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF ELECTRICAL DESIGN: -

· To receive work order from sales. Design HOD, and intimate time requirement for completion of the same.

· To prepare GA drawings, and submit the same for customer approval.

· To prepare wiring diagrams, BOM as per customer specification.

· To discuss with Sales, Production & purchase before submitting the drawings to customers for final approval.

· To release drawings for manufacturing process.

· Prepare detail Technical calculation like Short circuit, Temperature rise, CL:PS knee voltage calculation, control transformer VA burden, Heat/Watt loss.

· Attend production, testing related queries from shop floor.

· Self-review drawings before HOD cross checking. Mention significant points related to project on technical sheet provided by Sales.

· Suggest proper Type codes & descriptions of material for generating new Codes is prowess.





· To prepare labels for particular projects. Terminal sheet

· To modify drawings according to customer’s instructions during inspection and prepare AS built drawing for the same.

· To study and keep updated data on switchgear, components, and material for upgrading our designs accordingly.

· To attend training programmes for upgrading self and abreast the knowledge related to the products.

· To visit fabrication shop floor and assembly shop floor to improve the quality and avoid reworks.

· All drawing to be review with respect to ‘DESIGN CHECKLIST only.

MCB, MCCB, APFC, PLC, ACB, CT, Switchgears,

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
