Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Packaging Solutions Educator & Brand Specialist to represent our brand by creating engaging educational content and presenting our packaging solutions across digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, storytelling, and content creation, and enjoy simplifying technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, present, and deliver engaging product and educational content for social media platforms.
- Explain packaging solutions, product features, and their benefits in a clear, informative, and impactful manner.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop scripts, videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Conduct customer interactions to understand their requirements, collect feedback, and develop case studies and success stories.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance content quality and relevance.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content creation platforms to improve productivity and content effectiveness.




- Represent the brand professionally through video presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Marketing, Sales, Product Education, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with confidence in front of the camera.
- Experience with social media content creation and a basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation will be an added advantage.
