Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring smooth machine operations, achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily production activities and manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover documentation.




- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or Diploma (Preferred).

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or food packaging industry.
- Freshers can also apply.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and reporting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Production Reports).

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
