- Diamond ERP Literacy: Experience operating prominent diamond-specific management platforms (such as Diamond ERP, Jewel-ERP, or custom internal stock systems).
- Advanced Data Hygiene: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for running massive multi-sheet inventory sheets, sorting functions, and formulas.
- Absolute Discretion: Ability to pass rigorous background checks and sign a zero-tolerance data integrity and confidentiality agreement.
- Executing data entry for finalized domestic and export sales, linking stones by their specific grading certificate numbers (e.g., GIA, IGI) to customer invoices.
- aintaining exact system entries for diamond packets dispatched via brokers on memo (jangad), updating status to "Sold" or "Returned to Stock" post-negotiation.
