Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining property details, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM on a regular basis.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
