Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing procurement activities, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials while optimizing costs and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure construction and interior materials, including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, hardware, finishes, and other project-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Maintain vendor database and procurement records.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for stock replenishment.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delayed deliveries, damaged materials, or invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual terms.

Required Skills

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of construction and interior materials.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase documentation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
