· Inspect facilities daily to identify problems and complete the necessary maintenance work on time.

· To attend immediately to the breakdown call alerts.

· Ensure timely completion of the maintenance work as and when it arises.

· Responsible for checking the handover book for information pertaining to breakdowns, complaints, repairs / pending work, or general information.

· Check all indoor and outdoor areas of the hospital every day.

· Make sure to check the water tank level and ensure it is filled periodically

· Maintain and update all the records/ registers/ files regularly of ISO, NABH and SAFETY standards.

· Monitor regularly STP Plant motor, pump, and tank level check

· Monitor the Gas plant, check the status and change the cylinder when necessary.





· Attend all the complaints on all plumbing, electrical and maintenance work.

· On a regular basis check the functioning of the Operation Theatre's A/C units, Sterilizations department (ETO, CSSD, and AUTOCLAVE), and other equipments.

· Do regular rounds, check the gas, lights, fans computer, A/C etc, and ensure to save energy.
