The Mission: Infrastructure for Impact

India bears one-third of the global oral cancer burden, yet 70% of cases are detected too late for effective treatment. Our mission is to deploy AI-powered screening tools as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI).

As a DevOps Engineer, you aren't just managing servers; you are building a resilient, secure, and lightning-fast pipeline that delivers AI diagnostics to the "last mile." Your work ensures that when a health worker captures a suspicious lesion image in a remote PHC, our systems are ready to process, store, and protect that data instantly.

Responsibilities:

- CI/CD Pipeline Management &GitOps;: Build and maintain automated pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) to deploy updates to our mobile apps and backend services without downtime.

- AI Model Deployment: Work with AI researchers to containerize and deploy deep learning models (TensorFlow/PyTorch) using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our cloud presence (GCP/AWS/Azure), focusing on GPU-backed instances for model inference and high-availability storage for medical imaging.

- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and ABDM standards. This includes managing SSL/TLS, IAM roles, and data encryption at rest/transit.

- Monitoring & Reliability: Set up centralized logging and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack) to track service health and latency across different geographies.

- Edge & Mobile Ops: Support "offline-first" sync mechanisms,



ensuring that data packets from rural areas are ingested reliably once a connection is re-established.

Requirements:

- Containerization: Solid hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), GCP or Azure.

- Scripting: Expert in Bash/Shell and Python for automation.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible.

- Web Servers: Experience configuring and tuning Nginx or Apache.

- Networking: Solid understanding of DNS, Load Balancers, and VPCs.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in MLOps—managing the lifecycle of machine learning models in production.

- Knowledge of Security-by-Design principles for healthcare data.

- Previous experience with Digital Public Goods (DPG) or large-scale government tech projects.

- Interest in AI model optimization (quantization/distillation) for edge deployment.
