About the Role

Radical Minds is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive

for its client Traya. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements,

providing relevant information about products and services, and supporting the customer journey through

effective communication and sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through assigned leads and sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and support lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets as per business requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information in the designated systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- English and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates with relevant regional-language proficiency may also be considered and sent for interview based

on business requirements. Positive attitude, confidence, customer focus, and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant communication or sales exposure are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Freshers: ■16,000 – ■17,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ■18,000 – ■20,000 per month

Work Schedule

6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
