Internship Details

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer rollouts, onboarding, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates.
- Follow HR policies, maintain confidentiality,
and ensure compliance with recruitment guidelines.
Eligibility
- Age: 18 years or above
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Graduation)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
