We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Business/Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analyzing and profiling source and target data models, mapping data for pipeline development, and working with supply chain datasets. This role requires proficiency with SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Analyze and profile source and target data models to identify gaps and transformation requirements.
Develop
source-to-target mapping
documents to guide the data engineering team in pipeline development.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand
business requirements
and ensure alignment with data models.
Extract, mine, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
, including developers, business analysts, and data architects, to troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen data scenarios.
Leverage knowledge of
data modeling concepts
(logical and physical) to optimize data structures and enhance reporting capabilities.
Work with
supply chain datasets
and contribute to process improvements through data-driven insights.
Provide support for
SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce data sets
, ensuring smooth data integration and reporting.
Create comprehensive
documentation
of data mapping, business rules, and validation processes.




Offer at least
2–3 hours of overlap with onshore teams
to facilitate global collaboration.
5+ years
of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
Solid expertise in
data profiling, data mapping, and transformation
processes.
Hands-on experience with
SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce datasets
.
Solid understanding of
data modeling concepts
(both logical and physical).
Experience working with
supply chain data and processes
.
Proficiency in
SQL and data extraction techniques
for analysis and validation.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
to identify and address data anomalies and inconsistencies.
Exceptional
written and verbal communication
skills for documentation and collaboration.
Ability to work in
global team settings

Experience with
ETL tools and data integration frameworks

Familiarity with
