Key roles & responsibilities:
✓ Reviewing all loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, Link and NHF loans.
✓ Reviewing and validating the details of loan applications and closing documents.
✓ Calculating, reviewing, and correcting errors on Interest rate, Principal amount, and loan term.
✓ Analysing credit reports to assess risk and determine applicants' ability to repay the loans.
✓ Verifying the credit histories, Personal reference, and Employment Background verification for each applicant.
✓ Reviewing the documents using the loan review checklist for completeness and accuracy.
✓ General knowledge on Hazard Insurance, DU, Note, DOT, Property Appraisal, Property Tax, Title, Loan Transmittal Summary, Closing disclosure, HUD and **** loan application.
✓ Verifying about the property appraisal reports to check the Borrower's name, property address, sales prices, no. of units etc.
✓ Should have sound comprehending skills, positive written and verbal communication skills.
