Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete spectrum of
Supply Chain Management
— including procurement, sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and materials planning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
local vendors
within the Defence and Aerospace sector.
Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics to optimize efficiency and cost.




Implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the SCM function and support business growth.
Oversee compliance with all Defence and Aerospace procurement standards and regulations.
Requirements
Proven track record in
SCM leadership
within the
Defence and Aerospace industry
.
Experience in
local vendor sourcing and procurement
specific to the domain.
Stable career history with an average tenure of
4+ years per organization
.
Willingness to
relocate to NCR/Gurugram
.
Open to
frequent travel
across company plants and vendor sites.
