Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
50+ team members
across multiple locations.
Ensure smooth functioning of
training centers
and implementation of skill-building programs.
Partner with government bodies, SHGs, and community organizations to strengthen program outreach.
Drive inclusion initiatives for
women with disabilities
, focusing on
employment and entrepreneurship (SMEs)
.
Monitor program impact, quality, and scalability across states.
Represent the organization with stakeholders, funders,



and government agencies.
Ensure strong field presence with
extensive travel (approx. 2 weeks per month)
.
Desired Profile:
Proven experience in
operations management
, preferably in non-profit, social impact, or development sector.
Strong understanding of
skills, employability, and inclusion programs
.
Ability to manage large, diverse teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Comfortable with extensive travel and working in rural/semi-urban contexts.
Proficiency in
Kannada
(preferred for Karnataka operations).
