Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP - Tech Lead to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, and team management. This role will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring teams, and driving technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:




Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and project timelines.
Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive team performance by setting clear goals, offering guidance, and providing performance feedback.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.
Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to current processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
12+ years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Expertise in database management and query optimization.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
