We are looking for an experienced
Area Trainer
to lead training and capability development across a cluster of 13 stores. This role is key to ensuring that new employees are effectively onboarded, standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed, and existing staff are regularly upskilled to enhance operational efficiency, reduce complaints, and minimize cost variances. The Area Trainer will collaborate closely with city and store leadership to identify high-potential talent, improve training outcomes, and uphold food, hygiene, and service excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training programs across assigned stores, including
induction, refreshers, and skill enhancement sessions.
Strengthen training effectiveness by identifying
skill and behavior gaps
, providing coaching, and addressing issues impacting operational performance.
Conduct regular
store visits
to assess training implementation,



reinforce brand and operational standards, and provide on-ground support.
Build a
talent pipeline
by identifying high-potential team members and supporting their growth through structured feedback and development initiatives.
Maintain thorough
documentation and reporting
— including training coverage, needs analysis, and coordination with operations for SOP adherence and recurring issue resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the
food & beverage industry.
Strong operational understanding of
kitchen workflows, hygiene practices, SOPs, and food quality standards.
Experience in
QSR or cloud kitchen environments
preferred.
Excellent
communication, facilitation, and people engagement
skills, particularly with frontline and blue-collar teams.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across assigned regions.
Proficiency in
Excel, reporting tools, and training documentation.
