We are looking for an accomplished and visionary
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead operations in the
process equipment manufacturing
sector, specializing in Clarifiers, Agitators, Sluice Gates, and Mechanical & Manual Screens. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial stewardship, driving the company's growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy engineering and fabrication processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
Lead all company functions—production, quality, finance, HR, and marketing—with a focus on operational excellence.
Oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO, IBR, and other quality standards.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Champion digital transformation and process automation to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.




Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all departments.
Present business performance and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Lead and mentor the leadership team, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure accountability.
Maintain industry awareness to adapt to market changes and emerging technologies.
