We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Technology Engineer
with strong expertise in
RTS (Real-Time Systems)
and
Redis
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical applications. This role requires a blend of solid technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize
real-time distributed systems
leveraging Redis.
Implement caching strategies, replication, clustering, and persistence in Redis for high availability and scalability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time applications.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to deliver reliable, high-throughput solutions.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Redis clusters in production environments.
Ensure
data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance
across systems.
Drive best practices in system design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years
of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in




RTS & Redis
.
Proven hands-on experience in
Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Pub/Sub, Streams, and Lua scripting
.
Strong background in designing and building
real-time, low-latency systems
.
Experience with
Linux/Unix environments
, performance tuning, and system-level debugging.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages:
Java, Python, C++, or Go
.
Knowledge of
distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with
real-time analytics platforms or high-throughput systems
.
Experience in
DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
.
Exposure to
Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/streaming platforms
.
