We are looking for a seasoned
Engineering Manager
with strong exposure to
Machine Learning systems
and close collaboration with
Product Management
to lead high-impact engineering initiatives. This is a full time leadership role where you will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, data-driven products while balancing technical excellence with business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of engineering, machine learning, and product strategy—owning execution end to end and building teams that consistently deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams working on machine learning–powered products and platforms.
Own the technical vision and roadmap in partnership with product leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Translate product requirements into clear technical designs, milestones, and execution plans.
Guide the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems in production environments.
Ensure high standards of engineering quality, including code reviews, testing practices, reliability, and security.
Collaborate closely with product managers to prioritize features, define success metrics, and balance speed with quality.
Oversee the full ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Drive best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and system performance optimization.




Identify technical risks early and proactively resolve dependencies, bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Partner with stakeholders across design, data, QA, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build and scale high-performing teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead, managing teams that build complex software systems.
Strong hands-on understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, and production ML systems.
Ability to bridge technical depth with product thinking, working closely with product managers and business stakeholders.
Experience delivering end-to-end features—from problem definition to deployment and iteration based on feedback.
Solid background in system design, distributed systems, and scalable backend architectures.
Familiarity with data-driven product development, experimentation, and metric-based decision-making.
Demonstrated success in coaching engineers, setting clear expectations, and enabling career growth.
Comfortable operating in quick-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong execution mindset, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
