What you will do:-
Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers
, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for Emergent's platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent's products and services.
Offer white-glove service
: Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement.
Drive enablement
: Encourage customer enablement of key features and timelines while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent
Become a product expert
: Be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent's products by your 30th day.
Project Manager
:



Collaborate with various teams internally and externally to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Emergent's platform.
What you will need
3+ years in production/application support or full-stack engineering ideally in a customer-facing role in a SaaS company
Strong skills in React, Python, SQL
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
Master project/task manager - never drop the ball. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps while delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping customers succeed.
An eagerness to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
Ability to explain complex scenarios in straightforward, clear written or verbal communications.
