As the
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
, you will lead the organization's strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall business growth within the mobility and fleet management sector. This position requires a visionary leader with strong operational insight, financial acumen, and the ability to scale a complex, asset-heavy business model efficiently and sustainably. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you will oversee senior leaders across multiple departments to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen market presence and competitiveness in mobility and fleet management.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal fleet utilization, performance, and uptime through efficient maintenance and logistics planning.
Financial Ownership:
Lead the company's P&L;, driving profitability and sustainable financial outcomes.
Business Development:
Identify and secure partnerships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate sectors to expand market reach.
Asset Optimization:
Direct strategies for vehicle acquisition, financing, leasing, and lifecycle management to maximize ROI.
Technology Integration:
Promote digital transformation and use of analytics to improve fleet tracking, driver performance, and maintenance forecasting.




Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all operations align with transportation, safety, and environmental standards.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and empower senior leaders across functional domains—operations, finance, technology, and customer service—to drive performance and innovation.
Stakeholder Relations:
Collaborate with investors, board members, and strategic partners to align goals and deliver measurable business impact.
