As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will spearhead all inorganic growth initiatives for our travel platform, driving scalable acquisition and revenue outcomes through data-led digital marketing strategies. You will oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement of marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels. This role requires a growth-focused leader with deep expertise in AdTech, audience segmentation, and full-funnel campaign execution using first-, second-, and third-party data. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing roadmap, experimenting with innovative approaches, and elevating performance through strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team while working cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation to maximize ROI and drive measurable growth.
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals.
Design and run growth experiments to validate new hypotheses and unlock scalable opportunities.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and campaign insights to optimize conversions and improve lifecycle metrics.
Lead targeted marketing initiatives leveraging 1P, 2P, and 3P data for personalized experiences and improved relevance.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., DPDP, GDPR).




Track and evaluate campaign performance across platforms, implementing continuous optimization and best practices.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure effectiveness and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Guide and develop the performance marketing team through coaching, mentorship, and capability building.
Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and evolving digital marketing strategies, particularly within the travel ecosystem.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience delivering high-impact performance marketing outcomes, ideally within the travel sector.
Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
Hands-on experience running 360° campaigns across major digital platforms (Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methods, A/B & multivariate testing.
Expertise with data-driven audience segmentation and personalization using 1P/2P/3P data.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Strong team leadership capabilities with experience inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptable, innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Deep interest in travel industry trends and evolving customer behavior.
