The role focuses on delivering high-quality Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting services, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely closures, and strong compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for managing core accounting processes, supporting reporting requirements, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day transactional accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
Support period-end closing activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Manage fixed asset accounting and overhead accounting processes
Perform ledger reconciliations and ensure data integrity
Provide support for financial reporting and internal reviews
Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance
Ensure daily productivity targets, service levels, and turnaround times are consistently met




Identify process gaps and suggest improvement or transformation initiatives
Resolve accounting issues and support stakeholders with timely solutions
What Makes You a Great Fit
Graduate or Post Graduate with a specialization in Accountancy
CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA / CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification
4–5 years of functional experience in Record-to-Report or core accounting roles
Robust working knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4 HANA
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of accounting principles and period-end processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly in English
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining consistency and compliance
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and drive process improvements
