We're hiring a strategic and hands-on
General Manager – Marketing
to own growth, performance marketing, and user acquisition for Seekho. You'll lead user acquisition at scale, optimize marketing efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive high-quality demand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other channels
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and key growth metrics using data-driven insights
Run growth experiments across funnels, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Collaborate with creative strategy and demand of high-performing ad assets
Collaborate with category, content, and product teams to align demand with supply
Build reporting dashboards and strengthen attribution & tracking
Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Requirements
5+ years




in performance marketing/growth at high-growth startups or consumer businesses
Experience managing
large budgets
and scaling acquisition campaigns
Robust analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)
Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, Appsflyer, and attribution tools
1st principles problem solving with strong ownership and execution ability
Good-to-Have
Experience in content/media, consumer-tech, or ed-tech
Team-building and management experience
Understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing
