Key Responsibilities
Lead the
design, configuration, and implementation
of SAP modules, primarily
SD
and
MM
, in alignment with business and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with
business stakeholders
to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Provide
expert functional knowledge
in SAP SD and MM, focusing on
invoice processing
,
tax configuration
, and
statutory reporting
.
Translate business requirements into effective
SAP solutions
through process mapping and industry best practices.
Develop and review
functional specifications
for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Work with stakeholders to implement
E-invoicing
processes and ensure compliance with government mandates.
Coordinate with
ABAP and middleware teams
for




API integration
between SAP and government or third-party portals (e-invoice/GST).
Manage
IDoc processing
, handle interface troubleshooting, and ensure seamless integration management.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation—
Functional Specs (FS), Technical Specs (TS), and UAT scripts
—to support testing and go-live activities.
Oversee
change requests
, issue resolution, and post-implementation support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide
junior consultants
, fostering collaboration across cross-functional SAP teams.
Prepare and present
project status reports
and updates to stakeholders and management.
