We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Lead – Interior Designing
professional with a strong foundation in
architectural design principles
and hands-on experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be a skilled
designer
who can blend functionality with aesthetics, deliver high-quality design solutions, and lead a team of designers and architects toward project excellence.
This role involves working closely with clients, architects, and vendors to create innovative designs for residential, commercial, or institutional spaces. The candidate should have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of spatial planning, and the ability to translate client visions into sophisticated architectural interiors.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client objectives.
Architectural Integration:
Collaborate with architectural teams to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly into architectural plans, ensuring functionality, structural integrity, and visual harmony.
Creative Concept Development:
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that reflect project goals, brand identity, and contemporary design trends.
Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage design timelines, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
Client Collaboration:
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, incorporate feedback,



and maintain consistent communication throughout the design process.
Technical Drawings & Documentation:
Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, layouts, elevations, and working drawings using industry-standard design tools.
Vendor & Material Coordination:
Source materials, finishes, and furnishings; coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
Team Mentorship:
Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring design consistency, innovation, and adherence to project goals and standards.
Quality Assurance:
Review and evaluate all design deliverables to maintain high design standards, accuracy, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Sustainability & Innovation:
Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies to enhance functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Interior Design
,
Architecture
, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in
interior design
and
architectural design
roles.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of
architectural layouts, design detailing, and space planning
.
Proven ability to conceptualize and execute design solutions across diverse project types.
Robust project management, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle client interactions, design presentations, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sensibility and innovative mindset.
