Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNP, or cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect). Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms for proactive performance management. o Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and disaster recovery standards across all infrastructure environments. o Proactively address risks and lead mitigation efforts to protect business continuity and operational stability. Active Directory administration and management (required). Enterprise storage solutions, including SAN and NAS environments. Backup and recovery systems to ensure business continuity and data protection. Data center infrastructure, both on-premises and co-located environments. Administrative services, including ticket management, operational maintenance, and process documentation. Operating system administration, including Windows and Linux platforms. Infrastructure lifecycle management, including server, storage, backup, and hosting solutions, along with vendor coordination and support. IT security implementations are in alignment with IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) directives.
