We are seeking accomplished
Finance & Accounting (F&A;) professionals
across
Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL)
functions to support and lead end-to-end financial close, reporting, and governance activities. These roles are ideal for individuals who bring strong accounting expertise, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute
month-end and period-end close activities
, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Review and approve
complex accounting transactions
, including revenue recognition, accruals, and adjustments
Perform detailed
balance sheet reviews
and ensure timely resolution of open items
Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards, and financial insights for stakeholders
Ensure strict
SLA adherence
, quality benchmarks, and compliance with accounting standards
Participate in and lead
governance calls and close review meetings




with clients and retained accounting teams
Drive
process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support audits by providing documentation, explanations, and walkthroughs
Mentor, train, and guide team members; allocate work and manage exceptions where applicable
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial outcomes
