We are seeking a highly skilled
Power Apps Developer
with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions using
Microsoft Power Platform
, with a strong focus on
Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and AI-driven workflow automation
. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy
Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
to support business processes and enhance productivity across the organization.
Develop robust automation workflows using
Power Automate
to integrate systems and streamline end-to-end business operations.
Utilize
AI Builder
and AI-driven features to implement intelligent automation capabilities such as document automation, predictions, text recognition, sentiment analysis, and form processing.
Integrate Power Apps solutions with
Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external data sources using connectors and APIs
.
Build custom components, business rules, and responsive user experiences tailored to business requirements.
Optimize performance, ensure scalability, and maintain application security within the Power Platform environment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform feasibility analysis, design technical solutions, and provide iterative enhancements.
Troubleshoot application issues,



perform system testing, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Establish best practices, documentation, governance standards, and contribute to architecture guidelines for Power Platform development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including IT, Automation, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of hands-on experience
developing solutions using
Power Apps and Power Automate
.
Robust expertise in
Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder
, and Power Platform connectors.
Proven ability to build automation workflows involving system integrations, conditional logic, and approvals.
Experience working with
Power Platform administration, environment management, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
.
Strong understanding of
Relational databases, APIs, JSON, REST services, Azure services, and custom connectors
.
Practical exposure to integrating
AI concepts and AI automation pipelines
into business solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
Knowledge of Power BI dashboards or Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration is an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes
Microsoft certifications such as
PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, or equivalent
.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive end-to-end solution ownership.
