The Controls Business Partner will play a key role in strengthening the organization's risk and control setting by partnering closely with business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. This role requires hands-on experience in risk management and controls, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex risk concepts into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions to drive effective governance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to identify control gaps, assess risks, and develop remediation strategies aligned with governance and regulatory expectations.
Evaluate end-to-end operational processes to strengthen internal control frameworks and improve risk management capabilities.
Perform data analysis and leverage tools such as Python to uncover insights, assess trends, and support informed decision-making.
Provide guidance on control best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and policy adherence.
Prepare and deliver clear risk and control-related documentation, reports,



and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams including operations, audit, compliance, and technology to ensure robust control implementation.
Communicate risk concepts in a business-friendly manner and manage relationships across diverse teams and levels.
