, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance storage systems that power modern, large-scale platforms. This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced engineer who thrives in solving complex systems problems across software and storage layers. You will work on core components related to flash storage, data durability, performance, and scalability, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance storage system components with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
Build and optimize low-level and high-level modules using
C++, Java, and Python
Work extensively on
flash storage technologies
, including performance tuning, wear leveling, and reliability mechanisms
Develop algorithms and data structures for storage efficiency, fault tolerance, and data integrity
Analyze system bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis for performance and stability issues
Collaborate with architecture, platform, and infrastructure teams to define and implement storage solutions




Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to uphold engineering excellence
Ensure solutions meet production-quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and system observability
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of professional experience
in systems engineering, storage platforms, or infrastructure software
Strong hands-on expertise in
C++
, with solid working knowledge of
Java and Python
Proven experience working in the
storage domain
, including block/file storage or distributed storage systems
Deep understanding of
flash-based storage technologies
, SSD internals, and I/O subsystems
Strong grasp of operating system concepts such as memory management, concurrency, file systems, and networking
Experience building highly reliable, low-latency, and high-throughput systems
Ability to debug complex issues across multiple layers of the software stack
Solid understanding of performance profiling, benchmarking, and optimization techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
