and control Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent Lead Auditor for IATF***** and ISO**** requirements At least 18+ years' experience in semiconductor industry/EMS Industry and in managerial role. Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools. Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills A proven track record as an internal auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO ****, IATF ***** , In-depth knowledge and experience in effecting deploying FMEA, PPAP, control plans, SPC. MSA. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with advanced techniques. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience working with external auditors and managing customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
