Build and maintain a reusable library of repeatable assets, models, and frameworks Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and client business leaders Leverage a consultative approach to deliver compelling business cases and value propositions, clearly articulating the benefits of business and technology modernization and transformation Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Client Delivery,



and Operations to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer business objectives and goals Clearly and persuasively communicate business solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels 12 years of experience in a management consulting or value engineering or sales operations from a top-tier consulting firm or large IT services provider (or a similar role) 7 years of experience applying methodologies and strategic business analysis to assess financial, strategic, and operational advantages, leveraging these insights to develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI justifications Familiar with technology modernization and transformation concepts, methodologies, and frameworks Experience working in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance; Manufacturing, Commercial, or Healthcare industries Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications in business value analysis (e.g., CBVAL, Certified ROI Professional) highly preferred MBA (preferred) or equivalent advanced business degree
