Prepare annual O&M; plan, spares lists and BOM. Identify and troubleshoot process failures, membrane fouling/scaling, pump overload & control issues. Implement RCA, CAPA, FMEA, 5-Why, Kaizen methods. Update SOPs, WI, checklists and deliver technician skill development. Adhere to PCB norms, ISO*****, ZLD requirements where applicable. Monthly compliance reporting, effluent discharge monitoring & internal audits. Maintain data in SCADA / PLC / DCS logs.
