HVAC System Design & Engineering Perform basic design and layout of HVAC systems and cleanroom airflow systems. Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications for HVAC-related works. Support capacity assessment and system upgrade planning. Ensure HVAC systems meet cleanroom and environmental control standards Diagnose and resolve HVAC system failures, alarms, and performance issues. Work with BMS/FMCS platforms to monitor, trend, and control HVAC systems. Support automation improvements and data-driven performance optimization. Support facility modifications, scale-up programs, and new tool hook-ups. Assist in HVAC tie-ins, equipment installation, and utility readiness. Ensure contractor work aligns with engineering standards and quality. Manage HVAC contractors, vendors, and AMC partners. Coordinate cross-functionally with production, facilities, safety,



and engineering teams. Ensure adherence to safety norms, EHS guidelines, and cleanroom protocols. Participate in audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Masters's degree in HVAC or related field. 7-10 years of experience in HVAC operation, maintenance, and engineering (preferably in semiconductor, pharma, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing). Robust domain knowledge in Chillers, AHUs, BMS/FMCS, DX systems, and SAP maintenance planning. Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities and project execution experience. Willingness to work in rotating shifts and respond to critical equipment issues.
