System Project Managers (PMs), Materials Project Managers (MPMs), Pre-Stock Quality Inspection (PSQI), Planning, Engineering, Program Management and Production to ensure material requirements are communicated correctly based on changing priorities to help scale efficiencies in supply line. Daily management of Roll up Report for Production meetings and Business United (BU) Material Requirement meetings Shortage Snapshot on System tools and Non- System Orders (NSOs) Identify and escalate Critical shortages, provide history and reasons, and provide current up to date status to System PMs, BU stakeholders and Ops PMs via email and NSO meetings. Involve and assist SCLA, AUS, and SGP Buyers regarding prioritization of Purchase Orders (POs) and cross Org Inventory availability. Assist Pre- Stock Quality Inspection (PSQI) team with prioritizing parts to be inspected based upon System and Non- System schedules
