This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 7 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeWe are looking for a seasoned DGM – FP&A; to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. This role acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights, building scalable financial frameworks, and enabling informed decision-making to drive growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes. Collaborate with leadership, business, product, and growth teams to provide data-driven strategic insights. Design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, MIS, and variance analysis to evaluate business performance and unit economics. Develop and maintain robust financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to support growth, pricing, and investment decisions. Analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and margins to identify performance improvement opportunities across functions. Establish scalable FP&A; processes, planning calendars, and reporting frameworks to support business growth. Coordinate with finance controllership teams to ensure alignment between planning, actuals, and reporting. Lead,



mentor, and develop the FP&A; team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance. Manage investor relations, including investor updates, fundraising initiatives, and coordination with legal, compliance, and external advisors during equity or debt raises. Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory. 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A;, financial planning, or analytics roles. Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Solid understanding of unit economics, SaaS/Fintech metrics, and growth-stage business models. Experience in Fintech, WealthTech, NBFC, BFSI, SaaS, or high-growth startups is preferred. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, ambiguous environment with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
