7-10 years of experience in macOS device management in an enterprise environment. Expert-level proficiency with JAMF Pro for policy enforcement, device enrollment, patching, and app deployment. Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem technologies (DEP, VPP, MDM, Apple Business Manager). Hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting, performance optimization, and advanced configurations. Knowledge of identity and access integration (Active Directory, Azure AD, Single Sign-On). Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking basics (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi), and endpoint security practices. Proven ability to design and execute automation scripts for macOS administration. Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments, handling escalated incidents and problem management. JAMF 300 or 400 certification (or equivalent proven expertise). Apple Certified Support Skilled (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACiT). Strong skills in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
