Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations Management:
Oversee the
end-to-end billing process
, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for enrollments and services.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the
billing team
, providing training, support, and performance oversight.
Enrollment & Account Oversight:
Validate new enrollments, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and billing alignment.
Discrepancy Resolution:
Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with
finance, customer support, and external agencies
.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a key liaison between
internal departments, government agencies, districts, and parents
to ensure clarity and efficiency in billing operations.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Generate and analyze
billing reports, reconciliation summaries, and audit records
, ensuring compliance with
financial policies and regulations
.
Process Improvement:
Continuously refine
billing procedures and workflows
to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and system integration.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of international experience
in
billing, accounts, or finance
, with at least




1 year in a leadership role
.
Skills:
Strong understanding of
billing processes, financial transactions, and reconciliation
.
Expertise in
Microsoft Excel
and experience with
billing/accounting software
.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities
to resolve billing discrepancies and drive efficiency.
Ability to work in a
multi-entity organization
and manage high volumes of data.
Availability:
Willingness to work
primarily in MST hours
