Full Stack WordPress Web Developer
About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack WordPress Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the creation of custom themes and plugins, site architecture, performance optimization, and seamless user experiences. You will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing websites that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and modern development practices, with deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Developing responsive WordPress websites from concept to deployment
Front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
Back-end development including custom theme/plugin development, PHP, MySQL
Maintaining and updating existing websites to ensure optimal performance
Collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to meet project goals
Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions
Applying best practices in SEO, UX/UI, and web accessibility
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full stack WordPress development
Minimum 4 years developer experience
Strong skills in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Solid back-end experience (PHP, MySQL, WordPress theme/plugin development)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written)
A strong portfolio of recent work, including live website examples
Ability to work in a fast-paced,
