We at, Magarpatta Group of Companies, are seeking Junior Engineer(Civil) to join our team at our townshipNanded City , located on Sinhagad Road, Pune. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution and supervision of construction projects. The project comprises of Highrise Residential Buildings, IT parks, Schools, Hospital and Bungalows

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specification and estimates

2. To supervise the project's -progress, quality and safety

3. Collaborate with Senior Engineers to resolve technical issues

4. Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports and site inspection reports

5.Assist in the supervision of construction activities including site preparation , excavation and concrete work

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

7. Co-ordination with contractors , suppliers and other stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements:

1. B.E.- Civil2.





2 -4 years of experience in Construction related projects

3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices

4. Proficiency in Auto Cad and other relevant software

5. Excellent communication , problem-solving and teamwork skills

6. Ability to work in a quick paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with construction management software

2. Knowledge of building codes and regulations

3. Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures
