- Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Business Transaction Monitoring
- Dashboard and Alert Configuration
- Performance Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with cloud and enterprise applications
Nice to Have:
- Dynatrace, Datadog, Current Relic, or other observability platforms
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- DevOps and automation knowledge
