ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a versatile creative powerhouse who can both design stunning visuals and produce engaging video content. As our Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you'll own the creative output for our clients' brands and our own — from social media creatives and brand identity kits to reels, ad films, and explainer videos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, branding, and print
- Edit and produce reels, promotional videos and ad creatives
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems for multiple clients simultaneously
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Create motion graphics and basic animations for digital campaigns
- Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and up to platform specs
- Mentor and guide junior designers or interns where required
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising creative quality
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work across digital channels
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and performance ads
- Valuable understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working with shoots: basic colour correction, cuts, and post-production
- Eye for typography, composition, and colour theory
Pay: ₹14,538.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
