Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance Android applications, integrating RESTful APIs, and working with modern Android architecture components.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and may include mentoring junior developers when required.

Experience in healthcare or medical applications and a good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Integrate Android applications with backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications.
- Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical planning.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.




- Guide and support junior developers as needed.
- Maintain technical documentation and development workflows.
- Ensure proper deployment and compliance with Google Play Store guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Android application development.
- Solid expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and design patterns such as MVVM.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in code reviews and following development best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Healthcare or Medical domain applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Android applications.
- Experience in mentoring or technical leadership roles.
