Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.Troubleshoot tooling issues and carry out root cause analysis with corrective actions.Repair, assemble, fit, and modify tools and dies as per engineering drawings.Ensure proper tool performance to achieve production and quality targets.Conduct tool trials, inspections, and dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments.Maintain tool history records, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare inventory.Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices in the tool room.

Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Engineering.3–8 years of experience in Tool & Die Maintenance.Strong knowledge of press tools, progressive dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.Hands-on experience with conventional tool room machines such as milling, grinding, drilling, and lathe.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
