Job Responsibilities

- Reach out to doctors using the lead sheet provided by Kodalic.
- Convert potential leads into paying clients for website development services.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or any ethical outreach method.
- Build relationships with potential clients and answer their questions.
- Maintain a daily sales report, including:
- Number of calls made
- Number of prospects contacted
- Interested leads
- Follow-ups completed
- Deals closed
- Consistently work toward monthly sales targets.

Monthly Target​

- Convert 10 clients per month from the lead sheet provided by the company.
- Performance and target achievement are the primary metrics for success.

Incentives Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Earn an additional ₹1,500 commission for every client closed above the monthly target of 10 clients. Salary growth opportunities based on consistent performance.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Hindi communication skills are required.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using a personal
- smartphone and internet connection for work.
- Ability to maintain daily sales reports.​
