Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Santacruz (East), Mumbai

We are a well-established Shipping & Air Logistics company with a solid global presence and branch offices across India. As part of our growth and expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury functions of the organization.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and private equity firms.
- Drive IPO planning, preparation, and execution, including coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.




- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Lead financial due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives when required.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven track record in raising funds through banks, financial institutions, investors, private equity, or capital markets.
- Hands-on experience in managing and successfully leading IPO processes.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, taxation, compliance, and investor relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
