We are in machining of Automotive Components (Forgings and Castings) and we are equipped with various kinds of CNC Turning centers, VMC, HMC, Grinding, Copying, Millings, Facing Centering, Lathe, VTL & CMM Machine.
We complete an entire array of machining and we require someone who is capable and competent to understand components and their machining requirements. We need someone who can diligently plan and execute production requirements as per schedule. The person should be adequate to arrange and manage manpower so that the machine idle time is reduced. The person should also come with a skillset of controlling cost and result in production as per CPC for tooling, hence showing a control in tool purchase and consumption.
The KRA would be designed on machine utilization, production as per cycle time and control in purchase.
