We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager to drive Sales growth and market expansion for IVD Devices like ABG Machine, Cardiac Marker, Haematology Analyser, Cell Counter etc. across the Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Bihar Region. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, managing dealer networks, and achieving assigned sales targets in both B2B and B2C segments.

Dealer & Channel Management

- Appoint, manage, and support dealers and distributors across the territory.
- Ensure dealer performance aligns with company sales objectives.
- Conduct regular dealer meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely product availability.

Product Demonstration & Technical Support

- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Assist customers in product selection based on clinical and operational requirements.




- Coordinate with service and application teams for installation and customer training.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Biotechnology /Electronics Engineering/B.Sc with 3-5 Years of Experience
- Lucknow Resident will be prefered

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
