Responsibilities

- Configure, install, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security policies.
- Support Fortinet firewall administration.
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and ISP-related issues.
- Assist with backup and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, and Helpdesk teams.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Network Administration experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Fortinet Firewall experience.
- Good understanding of:
- Routing & Switching
- TCP/IP
- VPN
- VLAN
- Network Security




- Wireless Networking
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CCNA certification
- CompTIA Network+
- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization
